1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shitcoin Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No Financial Advice
All information provided by Shitcoin Finder is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past signals do not guarantee future results.
3. Subscription & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account profile. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium as soon as the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has begun.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or automate access to the Service, share your account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the scanner logic, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scanner data depends on third-party market data providers (Bybit, OKX). We are not liable for data delays, inaccuracies, or outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shitcoin Finder and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Fellbach, Germany.
9. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but are willing to do so.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
