4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium as soon as the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has begun.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or automate access to the Service, share your account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the scanner logic, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scanner data depends on third-party market data providers (Bybit, OKX). We are not liable for data delays, inaccuracies, or outages.
